Story
To cover up another adulterous night out, Helen gets all the staff to lie to Gordon that they attended a fictitious birthday party for Carole, but they soon get caught-up in incompatible details. Insisting Colin should wear a helmet to attend his building site security lecture, Gordon causes an unnoticed accident. This keeps causing more builder victims, all unable to say anything and warn anyone. Meanwhile Gordon fanatically opposes Laura's US husband Michael's desperate attempt to save his inheritance and marriage by postulating as junior pool attendant.
