Story
With Rob and Luis respectively being eliminated after the last two weigh-ins, seven contestants remain at the ranch after week ten, those seven who go into Makeover Week under the guidance of stylist Tim Gunn and hairstylist Ken Paves. Gunn realizes the importance of the makeovers to the seven as a physical manifestation of their weight loss journey, which they may not have fully realized until this time. They will get a chance to share this moment of their new selves with loved ones from home. At a get-together with all seven and their loved ones, Bob announces that those loved ones will be going to the ranch, for what they believe will be a workout with the trainers. Instead, they all learn that one loved one per contestant will be helping in a last chance challenge, a race entailing moving weights from one end of a field to another, and pulling a weight-filled sled across that field.
