Story
At the last sets of weigh-ins, Damien is eliminated at Comeback Canyon sending him home, while JJ joins Scott at Comeback Canyon for another week of two football players. Beyond the workouts, Bob provides the two with a symbolic gesture of their rebirth into athletes. With the remaining six contestants, they spend their first week of two away from the ranch on the island of Kauai. The trainers decide to use items found in nature for their workout on the beach. The reward challenge entails kayaking 1,000 feet in open water to a buoy, picking up a bag of puzzle pieces attached to the buoy, kayaking the 1,000 feet back to the beach, and putting the puzzle together. The first to complete the puzzle wins the challenge, the reward which will be displayed on the completed puzzle. The kayaking brings out the fear of water in Woody.
