Story
With a large number of social functions coming up, Aunt Bee just doesn't know what to do with her hair. Her hairdresser suggests that she should consider wearing a wig and urged on by Helen Crump, she agrees. Andy is shocked however when he sees her in her new - and very blond - wig. He insists that she remove it but it's too late as they have a reception to attend. With her new do, Bee catches the eye of a visiting Pastor, Reverend Leighton, who is in Mayberry for a few weeks. She becomes very self-conscious about her appearance however when his first sermon focuses on being ones self and not putting on airs or pretense.
