Story
Barney is more than a bit disappointed when he thinks everyone has forgotten the fifth anniversary of starting work as a Deputy Sheriff. They were just leading him on and have a cake and a nice gift waiting for him. Andy has just received bad news however: Deputies are now subject to regular height and weight requirements and Barney misses the minimum on both counts. Everyone is pretty sure they can put the extra weight on him but how do you make someone almost a full inch taller? Andy thinks he has the solution but still has to be creative come the day of the physical exam.
