Story
The Darlings ride into town with Charlene toting her new baby. Briscoe announces they are searching for a young boy to become legally engaged to the little one. After some searching of the town, they show up at Andy's house to "do some picking", and discover Opie. They Darlings decide that Opie is the one and will not be convinced otherwise, no matter what Andy tries. Barney is over in the corner sipping on mulberry squeezins, and is getting so tipsy he is of no help. Finally Andy figures out a scientific trick to convince the Darlings that Opie would not be suitable.
