Story
The class has just finished their play fun fair and it's time to clean up before they move onto their next activity. Ahmet, who already cleaned up his area, doesn't think it's fair that he needs to help clean up everyone else's mess he didn't make, which is making his face feel scrunchy. To unscrunch Ahmet's face, Mr. Anthony shows him how to do the rubber face stretch, which helps but doesn't change the fact that Mr. Anthony wants everyone to help clean up everything. So Mr. Anthony tells Ahmet about the time Napkin Man helped his friend Timmy, the Mayor of Tidytown, when an unexpected windstorm just before the fun fair made a mess of the town, a mess no one in town made and which, according to Mayor Timmy's rule of everyone cleaning up their own mess, no one felt it was their responsibility to clean up.
