Story
While agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris are still clueless about what happened to the returnees and why some of them are changed, another one of The 4400 starts having weird behavior. It's ordinary Carl Morrissey, who got his job on the seafood department of a supermarket back. When he notices how much Bradley Park has pauperized since his teenage years, he gets an irresistible urge to clean up the park and give it back to society. With an extraordinary strength and a feeling of invincibility, he starts cleaning up graffiti and kicking the scum out.
