Story
Sir Dennis persuades a reluctant Terry to stand at the local council elections so that the firm can sell more fire extinguishers to the council. However, with Tarquin as his campaign manager, Terry does very badly and loses by one vote to his Labour party rival, who turns out to be the new area salesman.
