Story
A newspaper reporter phones in with a tip off for Marino and Flood regarding racketeers who are swindling money from legitimate charities, but before he can meet them to tell his story he is murdered. Marino starts his investigation at a fund-raising event for National Children's Week where he soon finds that there is more than meets the eye with the apparently friendly fund raiser Chuck Baxter (Larry Blyden) and his sidekick Tyler (Edward Asner). Jack Flood goes undercover in the fund-raising organization to root out the fraudsters.
