Story
Corrupt probate court judges use outdated probate laws to swindle money intended for the heirs of the deceased's estates they administer. Following the publication in the newspapers of an air accident with judge Andrew Leroy, Paul Marino receives a letter from someone who believes her late husband's estate was taken from her when she was wrongly declared mentally incompetent by Leroy allowing her inheritance to be stolen by a special administrator appointed by that judge. The woman had since taken her life prompting Marino to open up an investigation.
