Story
Reporter Paul Marino investigates Victor Cobalt, a ruthless gangster who lends money to garment manufacturers at exorbitant rates and takes huge cuts from their profits to siphon off millions of dollars for the Mob. The take from the garment business isn't enough to satisfy Cobalt so he takes over the trucking firms they use. Jack Flood signs up as a truck driver to help Marino expose the racketeers.
