Story
It's Homecoming at Sweet Valley High and TODD and ELIZABETH have broken up. Elizabeth and JESSICA are both nominated for homecoming queen. Jessica is so sure she'll win that when the crown is placed on her sister's head, she is stunned. To top it off, Elizabeth catches the eye of SCOTT DANIELS, the college hunk Jessica is interested in. Jessica has no idea how she'll live this down. Meanwhile, the whole gang is hot in the trail of the mystery writer of the school's gossip column, "The Eyes and Ears." Tradition says, when caught, the writer gets thrown in the school pool. They're not quite sure, but rumor says it's Elizabeth. Scott Daniels, in the meantime, calls Elizabeth and asks her to a frat party. Unbeknownst to Elizabeth, Jessica poses as her and goes on the date in a misguided effort to win over Scott.
