Story
Continuing from the third episode, Yuki, Mikuru Asahina (a real time traveler) and Itsuki Koizumi (an esper, who joins the club in this episode) reveal their identities and purposes to Kyon. They all believe that three years ago, Haruhi created the current world and that their organizations are supposed to monitor her activities. If she becomes bored or angry, she could create a new world, destroying the current one, causing chaos. Therefore, she should not know anything of her powers, lest she creates another world as a result. They also tell Kyon that he is the cause of Haruhi's sudden spark, because it was he who inspired her to action. Now he and Haruhi are connected by the bond of trust which must remain constant forever. Meanwhile, Haruhi, oblivious to what's happening, arranges for the SOS to look for the "mysteries of the world", but Kyon wastes time with Mikuru and Yuki, by doing nothing, pissing off Haruhi with his behavior.
