Story
The Story of Elizabeth Shoaf (Lugoff, SC) In the fall of 2006, Elizabeth Shoaf is a 14-year-old whose life becomes a nightmare when Vinson Filyaw straps a bomb to her body and forces her into an underground bunker in the South Carolina woods.
