Story
Jo helps out Brenda and Bill Dostal whose 5-year-old son, Zachary is acting out mostly because of their parents' problems. Because of Zachary's bad behavior, his 3-year-old little sister, Erin is overshadowed by it. When Brenda follows through with Jo's timeout technique, Zachary chases his mother around the house and her arms are bloody after his attack. Bill blames Brenda for not controlling Zachary's behavior and Brenda doesn't trust Bill's temper when dealing with the kids. Communication between the parents is non-existent and Zachary is so out of control, play dates are a bust. Brenda worries about her marriage not surviving without help. Can Jo help this family out?
