Story
Harvey persuades Craig Seidel to have Mike admitted to the New York Bar if Seidel agrees to drop a potentially ruinous lawsuit against a business competitor (Velocity Data Solutions). When Mike finds out he refuses to consent to the deal as he feels obligated to continue his Legal Clinic's unconnected class action for damages against Velocity. In order to try and find a way to alllow Mike admission to the Bar and continue his class action at the same time, Harvey and Louis look for evidence to discredit Velocity's CEO James Palmer and discover a witness who can testify that Palmer had once committed corporate espionage, forcing Palmer to reconsider his compensation offer for Mike's class action. Meanwhile Donna starts looking for a venture capitalist to help market the 'DONNA' personal assistance device which she and IT technician Benjamin created.
