Story
A high ranking German officer and a Japanese minister realise that they cannot win the war and discuss a method for ending the war. The Japanese minister contacts Cato and Cato decides to send Haber in his place to meet him on a Japanese island to see what his proposal is. Erskine is sent to protect him and help ensure the meeting goes to plan. Things go wrong when there is betrayal from an unexpected quarter.
