Story
Charlie finally gets Caitlin prepared to make love with him despite her relationship with Tim, but decides against risking his best friendship ever with a female. Neither she or the 'mates' would leave him, so he decides to prove being 'unavailable' by resuming his affair with madly jealous Kara, who will torch his bed again if she even gets wind of another woman. feeling guilty for ruining former prep school mate and unbeatable rival Chad Fallensbee, the mayor hires him to lead a program for homeless veterans. Chad's success with press and woman renders Randall so jealous that he set him up again, as wallet thief.
