Story
Pops has been commissioned by the King of Sakarin to build a smaller race car for his young son, Prince Jam, to race in the Baby Grand Prix. The race will be held to celebrate his coronation to King. Spritle is anxious to go and race but Pops firmly tells him no. Naturally, Spritle and Chim Chim stow away and upon landing promptly get into trouble. Spritle and the Prince are dead ringers for each other and as the Prince is dodging villains out to kidnap him he and Spritle are mistaken for each other and Spritle prepares to race and the Prince is held at bay by Pops and Speed. Spritle is in a great deal of trouble as there is a plot to put Jam's brother Sugarin on the throne.
