Story
In an attempt to improve the way the restaurant is run, Karen enlists the services of Time and Efficiency expert, Mr Pashby. Predictably, Pashby is appalled by the chaotic nature of the operation and produces a damning report. Fearing the repercussions of the report, Vince and Dexter make some strategic alterations to it - nevertheless, Karen insists TJ carry out the recommendations to the letter, which leads to some even more bizarre goings-on. Elsewhere, Freddy starts to despair when she is led to believe that new boyfriend, Dave, is a brainy medical student. It turns out that he's only at the medical college to put scaffolding on the roof. The final revelation from Pashby's visit doesn't bode well for Karen - he has had one of his people follow her on a 'business' trip to Paris, and reels off a list of frivolous activities she got up to. In fact, he recommends that Karen be the one to be fired; but she turns the tables, and fires Pashby instead.
