Story
Inspired by the actions of Spatz's Tokyo branch, Karen organises compulsory early-morning aerobics sessions for the staff. Everyone is fed up, particularly Vince and new girl Jo, who Karen humiliates during the workout. Determined to get revenge on Karen, they have Stanley hack into the office computer and discover that it's Karen's birthday. They also discover an old photograph of their boss, revealing that she has had plastic surgery on her nose. Jo and Vince plan a party that Karen won't forget in a hurry, which includes a Pinocchio-themed birthday card, a nose-shaped cake and numerous nose puns. Meanwhile, TJ, who is on crutches after the vigorous keep-fit session, is scared that he's going to let down his ice-hockey team - which, it turns out, is made up of 8-year old kids!
