Story
Forester and gamekeeper Hans Berger was fatally shot while deer-hunting. Headstrong, pig-headed Berger made many enemies. He meanly refused prolonging mayor Matthias Wittkamp's son Tobias hunting license after part of the private forest was expropriated for a road. In-living, penniless widowed sister Ute Berger now applies for the buyout Hans always refused for the forest they co-owned. Mayor Wittkamp and Berger had a morning meeting. On spot is autistic teenager Ole Christiansen, walking his doted dog Henry (gift of sole friend Ute) there often, who took pictures, also at the shooting time, but hides without coming forward and deleted five. Hans tried to blackmail Matthias with his adulterous affair with the town secretary, who now resigns in anger.
