Story
Self-declared 'shaman' Holly Roll's client, Karl "Schrotti" Schrothmann, accepts to pay in case false alert for forensics to search, merely on her spiritistic pendulum indication, the home he was visiting as potential tenant, and indeed blood traces as found. Chief Michael Kaiser leads an investigation against the house owner, Sonja Pellmann, and other tenants: self-published author Wolrad Sprengle and shy single young mother Rosemarie Sörensen, none admits any knowledge. Rico Sander finds previous tenant Andreas Behle only pretended to move to the US, but his blood doesn't fit the unidentified victim. Jan Arnaud finds a rheumatism medication wrapping. Very reluctant Rico Sander and overeager Nelly Kienzle go undercover as tenant 'expectant couple' and experience an eventful first night there.
