Story
A.J. and Rick arrive in Los Angeles with Higgins and were hoping to pick up Catherine who stole more than $100,000 from a charity that Robin Masters sponsored. But they discover that the woman in custody was not her. They learn that she went to a country in South America with no extradition treaty with the U.S. So A.J., Rick and Higgins go there to try and get her. Only Rick is familiar with the country and knows it's not going to be easy. they run into an old friend of his and decide to come up with a scam to get to her.
