Story
The new base commander, James Leong, arrives on Circe Island with his wife and two children, Garth and Sandy. Anticipating losing his base security job, Hermes looks forward to an exciting new career selling encyclopaedias on the mainland. Kelvin recruits Garth and Sandy for his band but he, and everyone else, quickly find themselves out of jobs. Gavin gets his first taste of the racetrack.
