Story
Ben fears arrest, his lawyer even insists on a plea bargain unless he can testify a good story, but he still can't recall the fatal night. Surprisingly Dave brings in the murder weapon, which he snatched before the police searched the wooden so they can now dump it at the abandoned torture site. Wife Christy has moved out to her rich brother Michael, bitter enough even to deny Ben a Christas visit to the girls, who end up overhearing the truth. Dave confesses that Ben's blackout was caused by him spiking already too many drinks. They try to reconstruct the night at the bar and afterward, which leads to discovering drunk Ben showed every the ultrasound of a baby boy, but not Tom, rather the one Christy aborted, which he decides to tell the police.
