Story
As expected by Sly, LA shivers from a minor earthquake. Still he volunteers to chaperon Ralph on a 'scientific observation' class activity to the coast, despite his own aqua-phobia and soldiers on inspired by fearless Ralph, rescuing a pregnant couple despite his glasses getting broken. Walter reluctantly started 'couple' therapy from near-quack Dr. Cecil P. Rizzuto with Toby, who refuses to explain why he's acting to indignant. They must rush off together to prevent the major gas-pipe exploding somewhere under Koreatown. Cabe and the girls are pined down, rescuing the people in a car about to be electrocuted in water.
