Story

A prison escapee on a bank robbing rampage is labeled "The Bullet Proof Man" by the press. Dressed in a thin, pliable substance that he claims was left behind by a UFO, the ammo just bounces off of him. Realizing the material is worth millions, he offers it up to a steel industrialist, unaware the man's part of a trap to capture him.
