Story
It's only been a week since she and Ted broke up, but Alexis has already been seen about the town with a new boyfriend. Seeing Alexis on the rebound is difficult enough for especially Johnny, but it is made all the more difficult when he and the rest of the family meet said boyfriend, Artie Camden. Regardless of Alexis' assertion that she has everything under control in dating Artie, Johnny has to decide if he will do anything to protect his daughter from what he sees as this mistake. Meanwhile, Jocelyn is desperate for extra work with the debt she and Roland have incurred in investing in the Rosebud Motel empire, and dropped strong hints to Patrick that she'd like to work at Rose Apothecary.
