Story
Bridal consultant Claudia is in the hot seat again! After having an initial review meeting that went nowhere, the managers and Mara decided to give her another chance to address her problems at a second meeting. However, instead of coming up with solutions, she came up with excuses. The managers and Mara are not happy with Claudia playing the "blame game." Seasoned consultant Debbie, however, knows exactly how to deal with any obstacle-even if it's the fiancé! The bride has brought along her very opinionated fiancé to help her find a dress, making the appointment twice has hard. Having to please both the bride and the fiancé, Debbie brings in Elise to help close the sale. While things are heating up on the sales floor, downstairs, two brides are having their first fitting. One comes in with her twin sister and the other realizes all her dreams are coming true.
