Story
As Bayside prepares to put on a performance of "The Taming of the Shrew," Maria is excited to get the role. She starts hanging out with new friends, who get her to try marijuana, much to Nicky's chagrin. Maria is soon using on a regular basis and finds her school work and performance in the play slipping. Will marijuana cause Maria to lose her role in the play and her relationship with Nicky? Meanwhile, Eric temporarily replaces Screech as Mr. Belding's administrative assistant while Screech is sick. Screech worries that Eric may be better at the job than him and tries to rush his recovery. And Liz, who got a part in the play with one line, drives Ryan crazy worrying about how her performance will be.
