Story
Cao Cao, Cao Ren & Xun Yu are discussing the news that Li Jue & Guo Ci were holding Emperor Xian hostage in Chang'an, but Dong Cheng has helped the emperor & is moving east to Luoyang. Cao Cao plans to intercept them & get Emperor Xian under his control so he can control the other governors in the emperor's name. meanwhile in Yuan Shao's city of Ji Zhou, Yuan is considering rescuing the emperor himself. Xu You was for it and Tian Feng was against. Yuan Shao decides against helping the emperor. Emperor Xian & his ministers arrive at the burned out former capital Luoyang, but there is no food or water. Cao Cao & his group arrive & provide food & water for the emperor & ministers.
