Story
After a fight over whether his secretary should write an 'urgent' congratulatory letter during their holiday, the mayor drives Van Leemhuysen to resign as municipal secretary. Finding a substitute proves hard, as Gert refuses, so Samson gets the job, which he clearly isn't up to, which the mayor refuses to admit. Gert isn't impressed by Van Leemhuysen's 'new career as pet dog', and decides to get the pair to make up and resume professional cooperation.
