Story
When the mayor's ball gets away playing with Van Leemhuyzen, it accidentally knocks over Gert's sand castle, which he hoped to lure his girl with and now plans to send a picture off as she canceled due to a trip with Gert's posh rival. Rather the coming clean, the mayor begs and bribes his mates to cover up and rebuild the sand castle. Nevertheless, Gert is in for a nasty surprise.
