Story
An old Detective named Mikawa Hanshichi isn't the cop he use to be. He's all washed up and can't catch a simple thief. But to Zenigata, he's one of the greatest. 10 years ago he tried to catch Lupin but Lupin ended up saving his life, so he made a promise that the next time he met Lupin, he'll get even with him. In celebration of the founding of Asakusa Temple, a golden statuette of Kannon will be displayed to the public. Lupin will try to steal. And this will be Mikawa Hanshichi moment of return, to get back his dignity.
