Story
Lupin and Jigen are competing in the final event of the Thieves' Olympics car race. The main objective is to race from Japan's northernmost point: Sooyamisaki, all the way to Japan's southernmost point: Sakurajima, Kyuushuu. The rules are simple, do whatever it takes to win, cheat if necessary. Lupin and Jigen manage to out fox the American and Soviet Team, but they have little awareness that the sponsor of the race, is another villain thought to be gone for good.
