Story
In Morocco, Arsène Lupin III is attracted to a beautiful girl. Suddenly, he finds himself kidnapped, stuffed into a bag, and taken to a desert encampment, where he is forcibly conscripted into the French Foreign Legion. However, what should come spilling out of the bag next to him but his arch nemesis Inspector Zenigata!
