Story
Unable to afford a new surf board, Pete uses an old board found in the lighthouse. That's when he meets the ghost of Moon Doggy, the board's former owner and surf champion who died while trying to surf a tidal wave. But the tidal wave's coming back and Moon Doggy needs Pete's help to surf it once more to finally be free.
