Story
Each holding a raffle for the same charity at the same time is the latest feud between the Royal Order of the Daughters of the Dominion (RODD) and the Royal Order of the Knights of Prince Edward Island (ROKPEI), the primary women's society and secret men's society in Avonlea respectively. One other issue that the women are discussing is the imminent visit to Toronto of Prince George, the Prince of Wales. They are hoping that he will make a stop in Prince Edward Island. They learn mistakenly that he indeed is doing so, which gets the women making secret preparations for his visit. One other issue the men are discussing is membership recruitment. Simon makes a suggestion about a possible recruit: Felix. With his questions about the group, Felix adds some sobering thoughts amongst the ROKPEI members about the group's existence.
