Story
Joe stops by the apartment for the first time since his and Rhoda's separation, if only to pick up some clothes. Rhoda isn't ready to see him, so leaves Brenda at the apartment to act as her spy to see how Joe is really doing. Missing the opportunity to see Joe, Rhoda later decides to manufacture an excuse to go over to Joe's new apartment if just to see him. Joe can see through Rhoda's obvious ploy, but he doesn't care as he is truly happy to see her. Rhoda and Joe's time together ends up being a bit awkward since they don't know if they are friends, lovers, enemies, or acquaintances in their new relationship status. They decide to go on a "date" if only to catch up, which too has some awkward moments, most specifically with regard to spending time with a couple out on a blind date.
