Story
The experts touch down on the Caribbean Island of St. Croix, where they meet Monty and Shea, restaurant owners of Louie and Nacho's Beach Bar. Both owners gave up their day jobs in mainland U.S. to live the dream of beach living in paradise, but a week after arriving, a hurricane ripped through the island, nearly destroying it and their dream. When the storm cleared, aid workers made up most of the client base, but with the island getting back on its feet, their new customers aren't finding their way to Louie and Nacho's.
