Story
The oft-forgotten island of Malta lies between Sicily and the North African coast and is the home of Haber 16, a Mediterranean, fish-themed restaurant in the historic coastal fishing village of Marsaxlokk. Although the owner is a local celebrity - Justin Haber, a professional footballer for a Maltese national team - crowds aren't coming to the eatery and Justin is struggling to balance his love of collecting fish with the art of selling fish at his seafood restaurant. The experts are tasked with solving major menu and design hurdles, in order to help this celeb save face. To do so they visit the largest fish market in the village and learn sustainable fishing methods, explore the ancient streets of Valletta, practice the ancient art of glass blowing, discover one family's centuries-old secrets of sea salt harvesting, and more. Can the experts help improve Haber 16, and use Justin's local football fame to the restaurant's advantage?
