Story
WENN leading lady Hilary Booth (Melinda Mullins) had one great success on Broadway, "The Rivals," before becoming a radio actress. Now her real-life rival Grace Cavendish (Patti Lu Pone) arrives at WENN for a promotional tour and is rumored to be in line for Hilary's role in the movie version of the play.Grace also is intent on rekindling her affair with WENN Manager Victor Comstock (John Bedford Lloyd), hoping to lure him to follow her to Hollywood. Hilary's attempt to sabotage Grace's radio appearance backfires, and Grace sings the "Remember WENN" theme song (by series creator Rupert Holmes). Grace moves on empty-handed and Hilary is restored as WENN's resident diva.
