Story
A furious Grainne Webb storms into Red Rock Garda station, refusing to leave until she has seen her son Davey. The Gardaí can't keep Davey locked up and Grainne insists Davey was with her the day of the petrol station robbery. Acting on a personal grudge against the Gardaí and fear of Laser's thugs, Grainne demands Davey stop talking to them. Nikki has built a tight case against Davey, he's already on a suspended sentence and with the CCTV footage, there's enough to charge him. McKay, on the other hand, is having doubts about pushing forward. McKay knows Davey is the product of bad circumstance - he is trying to do well in college and is seemingly pressured into a criminal lifestyle. Davey deserves more of a future than a jail cell and McKay is determined to help him. McKay can have Davey released if he agrees to become an informant.
