Story
Hugo and his police superior detective commissioner Stanny Michel find first deputy procurator (prosecutor) organized crime Carlo Di Bruno rather reluctant to acknowledge their investigation into the suspicious hanging, a possibly staged suicide, of a fellow commissioner who might have gone overboard undercover in the drug section of a Belgian mob network lead by the mysterious 'Keizer' ('emperor'). The law firm prepares Leduc's retirement party and handles the case of founding software firm CEO Jochen Claeys, who received threats for him, his wife and their pre-teen daughter but refuses to sell out, yet wants Chris to negotiate with a suspicious Caribean potential investor. Hugo impersonates a killed blackmailer to contact known, never convicted mob businessman Mr. Paul.
