Story
The dictator of a small centtral American country's in the United States, undergoing surgery. 2 members of his party die under suspicious circumstances Quincy's asked to examine them. He soon discovers they were injected with a substance which mimicked a heart attack. At first it's believed to be that a group of dissidents is responsible, but soon, it becomes clear that someone close to the dictator is responsible. While this is going on, Quincy's due to testify in a trial against a mob boss and the judge is someone who's not too fond of Quincy.
