Story
An elderly man is found dead in the street and it is suspected that he was the victim of a former juvenile delinquent who was part of a program started by Rosie Grier called Giant Step, which was intended to bring the elderly and young people together. Rosie then asks his old friend Quincy to check into what really happened and soon Quincy finds out that the man was prone to fits of anger and the night he was killed he was in a particularly bad mood and may have attacked the young man and the killing may have been an accident. Also, after finding out about the work the program does, Quince agrees to help them try to get a grant to keep the program from going under.
