Story
Along with their two teenage daughters, Kevin and Suzanne are in the midst of some major life changes. An unexpected relocation means they've had to say goodbye to their beloved home and community. And now they're looking for a new dream home where they can put down roots. The Property Brothers take the family under their wing and promise to transform a fixer-upper into a showstopper. During the house hunt, Drew leverages the results of a home inspection, but the savings are quickly reinvested in a faulty subfloor. Meanwhile, Jonathan's main challenge is nailing the couple's rustic-meets-modern aesthetic. And when it's time for the big reveal it's the couple's teenage daughters who steal the show with their artistic flair.
