Story
Busy parents Kevin and Shirley desperately want to cut down their daily commute so they can spend more time with their daughters and one another. But they sold the house they loved more quickly than anticipated and now they're stuck in rental limbo. Enter the Property Brothers. Drew leads the hunt for a sprawling home in a great neighborhood and then gently prods the couple to make a decision. Meanwhile, Jonathan promises to customize the couple's soon-to-be dream home in no time, but warns the ambitious reno will take every penny of their budget. An eco-conscious decision brings tears to Shirley's eyes, and when a duct issue threatens to derail the design plan, Kevin's construction know-how makes for some collaborative problem solving.
